Another "Whack" Jam...

Yes...I know I know...I hate myself for liking this song but I played this with my bestie, Ebony, when she came out to visit and we had so much fun swaying side to side, snapping our fingers, as I drove us to the club. Our favorite part starts around 2:05.

PUT ON WHATEVER TYPE OF HEELS YOU LIKE BUT
I LIKE THE ONES THAT MAKE YOU WANNA GET RIGHT
WE CAN TAKE FAST
WE TAKE IT SLOW
EITHER WAY IT GOES
GIRL YOU'RE STILL THE SHOW
CAUSE YOU GOT IT LIKE THAT
GUCCI LOUIS PRADA
AND ITS A TRUE FACT
THAT I WANT YOU IN ALL OF THEM
KEEP THEM UP IN THE AIR
SWITCH IT UP GO AGAIN
WE CAN TRY ALL TONIGHT
CAUSE I WANT KNOW IF I CAN GET IT
YOU SAY YOU WANT IT ALL LET ME SHOW
THE WAY TO GET IT
I CAN DO IT GOOD TREAT YOU REAL NICE
ESPECIALLY WITH THOSE HEELS ON TO SET IT OFF RIGHT BABY....

CHORUS

I WANNA GIVE IT TO YOU WIT YO HEELS ON NOW
MAKE ME WANNA WET U UP
AND GIVE IT TO U BY THE POUND
CALIENTE
SONGS ON THE HOT TAMALE
UR PANTS UR BRA UR SHIRT
WE GON TAKE IT OFF UR BODY
FEEL LIKE ITS UR BIRTHDAY
BUT I'MA SMACK THAT ASS
BLOW THOSE CANDLES OUT YOU WISHING
I'MA BE ABLE TO LAST
HA GIRL STOP PLAYING I WAS BUILT RAM TOUGH
(this is where I say "oh Ebony...he's built ram tough...lol!!!" and she giggles)
WE DON'T NEED NO HANDCUFFS
TO GET OUR BODIES JAMMED UP
HEY TAKE A SIP OF THIS
TAKE A PUFF OF THAT

THAT WAS FREAK PUNCH AND THIS IS CUSH UP IN MY SAC
UR POSTURE IN THOSE HEELS
THE ONE THEY TIES AROUND UR LEG
THAT'S THE RIGHT ATTIRE WHEN IM PUTTING YOU TO BED...

Round 2...Final round....

I've been meaning to tell you guys this for a while but have been putting it off. Closure (to me) is when you have no more questions to ask. SO......I messaged The Joke-ster cause I REALLY wanted to know what the hell he thought was left to say. Here's exactly how the conversation went....

Forewarning August 31, 2010 at 3:36pm
When you sent your messages and played the conversation in your head...what were you expecting me to say?

The Joke-ster August 31, 2010 at 7:26pm
Bottom line is I love you and I hated the way things ended with us and I couldn't get any closure because of it. It was heavy on my heart to say something and so I did. Whether or not you even responded was of no consequence. I think and worry/wonder about you all the time.

Forewarning August 31, 2010 at 10:12pm
And now...do you have closure?

The Joke-ster September 1, 2010 at 12:23am
Nope....and you?

Forewarning September 1 at 6:03pm
I found peace about the situation and chalked it up as a lesson learned. Sincerely though, I'm fine, heartbreak doesn't last always. Find your peace about it and if you need me in order to do so, let me know. .

The Joke-ster September 1 at 6:24pm
I just miss you and I miss US. I know we will probably never have what we had I miss that. When we were on it was amazing. When did you move to Chicago? How is it? How is the family? .

Forewarning September 2 at 7:51pm
Don't really know how to respond to that honestly.

I moved Aug of last year and found my soul....

The Joke-ster September 2 at 8:31pm
You don't have to respond (although I appreciate when you do). I'm not here to confuse things or attempt to sell you a dream. Just know that if you need me or ever wanna talk I'm here .

Forewarning September 2 at 8:33pm
Ditto.

So there you have it. I literally have NO more questions left. Amicable closure. If in fact he did need to message me to find his closure I really wanted to let him know I'm fine. I never told him that I forgave him, but reassured him I'm all good and that he should find his closure. I've cheated (on Itta Bit) I know what it's like to carry around that burden. Any who, after all this I realized a perfect song to sum up all this shit with him...

Say you're sorry
That face of an angel
Comes out just when you need it to
As I paced back and forth all this time
Cause I honestly believed in you
Holding on
The days drag on
Stupid girl,
I should have known, I should have known

[Chorus]
I'm not a princess, this ain't a fairy tale
I'm not the one you'll sweep off her feet,
Lead her up the stairwell
This ain't Hollywood, this is a small town,
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down

Now it's too late for you
And your white horse, to come around

Baby I was naive,
Got lost in your eyes
And never really had a chance
My mistake, I didn't know to be in love

You had to fight to have the upper hand
I had so many dreams
About you and me
Happy endings
Now I know

[Chorus]

And there you are on your knees,
Begging for forgiveness, begging for me
Just like I always wanted but I'm so sorry

Cause I'm not your princess, this ain't a fairytale
I'm gonna find someone someday
who might actually treat me well
This is a big world, that was a small town
There in my rearview mirror disappearing now

And its too late for you and your white horse
Now its too late for you and your white horse, to catch me now

Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa
Try and catch me now
Oh, it's too late
To catch me now
